DONE DEAL: Billy Burns signs for Munster

We are excited to announce ISC client Billy Burns has signed for Munster Rugby.

Billy signs a 1-year from Ulster where he played 107 times since signing for them in 2018 and has gone on to be capped 7 times by Ireland.
